4.   Olesi wajah dengan minyak zaitun atau extra virgin olive oil berkualitas baik untuk pelembab setiap malam. Pada orang yang kondisinya kurang fit, minyak zaitun bisa menimbulkan reaksi gatal atau kemerahan. Hentikan untuk sementara, dan mulai lagi setelah Anda sehat lagi.

Catatan penting, jangan menggunakan sembarang krim tanpa berkonsultasi terlebih dahulu.
